Legal Experts clarify: Bail conditions do not hinder Arvind Kejriwal’s role as Delhi CM

Recently, The Supreme Court has granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in connection with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) FIR registered in the Delhi liquor policy case.
The judgment was pronounced by the bench of Justices Surya Kant and Ujjal Bhuyan. Both the judges delivered separate judgments.
The bench heard two petitions filed by the Aam Aadmi party chief challenging his arrest and seeking bail in the CBI case.
The orders were reserved on September 5.
